Vic'tor'ia

My name is Victoria Keenan (Cherry and Gary’s youngest daughter). I am currently doing my GCSEs which I am mainly concentrating within the performing arts area so I spend most of my time writing recording or playing music! And of course the occasional shopping trip with friends to the local shopping centre!

I was introduced to letterboxing and Dartmoor by Glyn and Rita after it was all I heard about a few months before I started going. Also my mum going on about it every night so I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. With everyone convinced I would come back shouting don’t ever take me back there again I proved them wrong and am still going five years after my first visit.

I never really adopted a nickname on the moors apart from on my first visit I managed to find quiet a lot of letterboxes and I somehow managed to gain the nickname of Boxhound JNR. As it goes I sometimes find loads or I find none at all!

Even though I enjoy going to Dartmoor I never really get the chance unless its summer, so I only go a couple times a year. But I can’t wait to hopefully go back to Dartmoor next year after my GCSEs and possibly go back in the October to my first meet if I’m lucky!
